I go back to school tomorrow, the beginning of Year 13 (or Year 12 for you Australians, basically my last year of school ever). My timetable was released and I don’t think I am going to have a bad year, just a very intense one. The subjects I am taking include Visual Art Painting, Visual Art Photography, Visual Art Design, Spatial and Product Design, English and a study period. So, a lot of art!
I'm so sad that the holidays are over, but I think I spent them well. Last week I went on a little road trip - the vlog is here if you haven't watched it yet! I went shopping a few times, worked, and basically gave myself time to do nothing. Which if you have just finished a whole year of school and exams is very necessary.
I have been doing my minimalist challenge too, now on day 21! Most of the prompts have been easy and fun, and most of them I find myself doing anyway. My room is looking so unbelievably tidy at the moment... I am almost tempted to do a room tour...
Over a long time now I have been looking into buying a good camera for future YouTube videos, vlogs, and for taking my photos of course! Today I finally took the plunge after so much research and wading though camera reviews and bought a new camera that does all of it. More on that soon if you like?
In other VERY exciting news, I have just been so excited to tell you all about this… I am finally going to Melbourne this month! If you have followed my blog for a while you would know it has long been a dream of mine. I just get so excited about travel (which is a good thing, right?) AND Melbourne is just so so exciting to me! It’s weird to say but even though I have never been there, I feel like I belong there. From what I have heard, I think I am really going to like it. I am going for a week, checking out a few universities (YES studying in Melbourne!?) and doing a lot of shopping I expect. I have literally planned so many shopping places to go to, but please, if you have recommendations for things I just have to do while I am there please tell me! I would love some suggestions.
I hope you are all coping with school if you have already gone back and good luck to those starting tomorrow!
